Our work in improving the operations and cybersecurity posture for organizations of all types is always vital. When the organization is a nonprofit doing great work on behalf of our veterans, though, it feels even more important.
CHEP (Chesapeake Health Education Programs, Inc.) is a Cecil County, Maryland-based organization with the dual mission of providing transitional housing for veterans and providing continuing education for medical professionals. That’s why CHEP also stands for Communities Helping and Empowering Patriots. Through a variety of programs CHEP helps our veterans to reintegrate into their communities, often from homeless or near-homeless status to permanent housing and stable employment.
CHEP reached out to us with several issues: As a nonprofit organization they needed to meet certain compliance levels; ; they needed the means to collaborate better as they expanded to multiple locations; and they required solutions that were scalable to accommodate organizational growth.
